Return & Refund Policy

At Patriot's Roast Coffee Company, we stand behind every bag we ship. Your satisfaction is our mission.

Coffee Products Because coffee is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Unopened Products Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Merchandise (Mugs, Hats, Stickers, Coasters) Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Items showing signs of use or wear are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at patriotsroast@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
